This policy explains return, refund, cancellation, and review conditions for bridal garments, evening dresses, accessories, custom orders, made-to-order products, and international orders.

Important Bridal Product Notice
Wedding dresses and special occasion garments are delicate products. Many bridal products are made-to-order, custom-prepared, size-specific, color-specific, or prepared according to customer selections. For this reason, return eligibility may be limited, especially after production, customization, alteration, or use.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer's jurisdiction. Where non-waivable law gives the customer a stronger right, that law will apply.
Return Request Timing
Any return or defect review request should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, with clear order information and supporting evidence.
- Order number or customer name.
- Delivery date and tracking information.
- Clear full-length photos and close-up photos of the claimed issue.
- Packaging photos if the parcel arrived damaged.
- Written explanation of the request.
Late requests may be refused where the delay prevents fair inspection or where the product has been used, altered, stored improperly, or handled beyond reasonable inspection.
Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, special-size, special-color, altered, or individually prepared bridal products are generally not eligible for return or cancellation after production has started, unless there is a confirmed material production defect or mandatory law requires otherwise.
Examples include products prepared according to measurements, selected color, sleeve, neckline, train, modesty level, veil option, fabric selection, or other customer-approved order details.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Used, worn, washed, dry-cleaned, steamed, perfumed, scented, stained, or damaged items.
- Products with makeup marks, body marks, dust, pet hair, smoke odor, floor dirt, event use, or photoshoot use.
- Products altered by the customer, a tailor, or a third party.
- Products missing labels, packaging, accessories, detachable parts, veils, belts, sleeves, garment bags, or included items.
- Returns sent without prior written approval or to an unapproved address.
Color, Fabric & Handmade Variation
Screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric batches, lace placement, beadwork, crystal reflection, tulle volume, handmade details, and natural textile variation may cause small differences. These ordinary variations are not treated as defects unless there is a clear material production error compared with the confirmed written order details.
Approved Returns
No product should be sent back without written return approval from GELİNLİK21. If a return is approved, the customer must follow the written return instructions, use protective packaging, provide tracking, and keep the item complete, unused, clean, and unaltered.
Unless mandatory law or written agreement states otherwise, return shipping, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, brokerage, and related return costs are the buyer's responsibility. Original shipping or express service fees may be non-refundable.
Confirmed Production Defect
If a material production defect is confirmed after review, GELİNLİK21 may offer an appropriate remedy depending on the evidence, product condition, timing, and applicable law. Remedies may include repair guidance, alteration support, replacement part, remake, partial solution, or refund where required.
Final decisions are provided in writing after review.
