GELİNLİK21 prepares bridal orders in İstanbul and ships to eligible domestic and international destinations using tracked courier services where available.
Delivery availability, courier options, shipping cost, and estimated transit time may vary by country, address, order size, and customs conditions.
Production & Shipping Time
Production time: Bridal products may require production or preparation time depending on the model, size, customization, and order confirmation details.
Shipping time: After dispatch, estimated courier transit is usually shared with the customer by WhatsApp or email. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier operations, public holidays, or address issues.
Tracking & Communication
When a tracked shipment is dispatched, the tracking information is shared with the customer through the available contact details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone, email, country, city, postal code, and delivery address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, brokerage, or local charges in the destination country. Unless specifically stated in writing, these charges are not included in the product price and remain the buyer's responsibility.
We do not mark shipments as gifts or intentionally declare false values on customs documents.
Packaging
Bridal garments are packed with care for transport. Due to the delicate nature of tulle, lace, satin, beading, crystal work, corsetry, and veils, light steaming or local adjustment may be needed after delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
If a parcel appears lost, delayed, or visibly damaged, the customer should contact us promptly with the order details, tracking number, photos, and courier information. We will review the matter with the carrier where possible.
