Delivery availability, courier options, shipping cost, ve estimated transit time may vary by country, address, order size, ve customs conditions.

Üretim & Shipping Time

Üretim time: Bridal products may require Üretim or preparation time depending on the model, size, customization, ve order confirmation detaylar.

Shipping time: After dispatch, estimated courier transit is usually shared ile the customer by WhatsApp or email. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier operations, public holidays, or address issues.

Tracking & Communication

When a tracked shipment is dispatched, the tracking information is shared ile the customer through the available İletişim detaylar. Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone, email, country, city, postal code, ve delivery address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, brokerage, or local charges in the destination country. Unless specifically stated in writing, these charges are not dahil in the product price ve remain the buyer's responsibility.

We do not mark shipments as gifts or intentionally declare false values on customs documents.

Paketleme

Bridal garments are packed ile care for transport. Due to the delicate nature of Tül, Dantel, Saten, beading, Kristal work, corsetry, ve veils, light steaming or local adjustment may be needed after delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

If a parcel appears lost, delayed, or visibly damaged, the customer should İletişim us promptly ile the order detaylar, tracking number, photos, ve courier information. We will review the matter ile the carrier where possible.
