About Our Dresses

Are your dresses really sipariş üzerine üretim?

Yes. Every single Gelinlik we create is made from scratch based on your personal measurements ve design preferences. We do not sell off-the-rack or pre-made dresses. Your Gelinlik is crafted exclusively for you.

Can I customize the design?

Absolutely. We welcome customization requests including Yaka changes, Kol modifications, Kumaş choices, İşleme preferences, Kuyruk length, ve more. Share your ideas during the consultation ve we will advise on what is possible.

How closely will my dress match the reference photo I send?

We aim for high visual similarity to your reference design. However, as each Gelinlik is el işçiliğiyle üretilen using available premium materials, minor variations in Dantel pattern, stone placement, or Kumaş texture may occur. We are transparent about this from the start — your Gelinlik will be beautiful ve unique, not a factory copy.

What silhouettes do you offer?

Measurements & Fit

How do I take my measurements at home?

We provide a detailed Remote Measurement Guide ile step-by-step instructions ve illustrations. You will need a soft measuring tape ve ideally a helper. It takes about 10–15 minutes.

What if my measurements change before the dress is ready?

Please inform us immediately if your measurements change significantly during Üretim. Minor alterations after delivery are normal ve expected — we recommend budgeting for a local tailor visit for final fitting adjustments.

Do you offer plus-size gowns?

Yes. We create gowns for all body types ve sizes. Simply provide your measurements ve we will craft a Gelinlik that fits ve flatters your figure beautifully.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Start by contacting us via WhatsApp or through our product pages. We will guide you through design selection, measurements, ve order confirmation before any payment is made.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required to begin Üretim. The remaining balance is due before your Gelinlik is shipped. Full payment detaylar are shared during the order confirmation process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit ve debit cards, as well as other payment methods available through our secure Shopify checkout.

Üretim & Timeline

How long does it take to make my dress?

Standard Üretim time is 6–8 weeks from the date your order is confirmed ve deposit is received. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please İletişim us before ordering if you have an urgent timeline.

Will I receive updates during Üretim?

Yes. We share progress photos ve updates via WhatsApp throughout the Üretim process so you can follow your Gelinlik's creation in real time.

What if my wedding date is less than 8 weeks away?

Please İletişim us via WhatsApp before placing an order. Depending on our current workload, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. We will always be honest about what is possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to all countries worldwide via tracked express courier services including DHL, FedEx, ve UPS.

How long does shipping take?

International delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your Gelinlik is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number immediately upon shipment.

Who pays for import duties ve taxes?

Import duties, customs fees, ve local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Returns & After-Sales

Can I return my dress?

As each Gelinlik is custom-made to your measurements ve specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind. However, if there is a clear Üretim defect or a significant mismatch from the confirmed design, we review each case individually. Our priority solutions are: alteration support, partial refund for local tailor assistance, or a remake if necessary.

What if the dress doesn't fit perfectly upon arrival?

Minor fit adjustments are normal ile any made-to-order garment. We recommend visiting a local tailor for final fitting touches. We are happy to provide guidance on what alterations may be needed.
