At Nil Brudklänning, we believe that ordering a Lyx anpassad klänning should be as effortless och personal as possible. That’s why WhatsApp is at the heart of our konsultation och ordering process — fast, direct, och always personal.

How It Works

💬 Step 1: Send Us a Message

Start by sending us a WhatsApp message introducing yourself och your wedding date. Share any inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or reference images of styles you love. The more detail you share, the better we can guide you.

👗 Step 2: Design konsultation

Our Brud specialist will review your references och discuss design options med you — silhuett, halsringning, ärmar, tyg, embellishments, släp length, och any anpassad modifications. We will prepare a detailed design summary för your approval.

📏 Step 3: Send Your mått

Once the design is confirmed, we will send you our Remote Measurement Guide. You take your mått at home och send them to us via WhatsApp. Our team reviews every measurement set carefully.

💳 Step 4: Order Confirmation & Deposit

We send you a full order summary including design detaljer, timeline, och pricing. A deposit is obligatoriskt to begin produktion. betalning is made securely through our Shopify store.

✂️ Step 5: produktion Begins

Your klänning enters our atelier. produktion takes 6–8 weeks. We share progress photos och updates via WhatsApp throughout the process.

📦 Step 6: Delivery to Your Door

Your finished klänning is quality-checked, carefully packaged, och shipped världen över via DHL, FedEx, or UPS med full tracking. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
