3. Return Window: 14 Days From Delivery

Exchange approval depends on product availability, production schedule, returned product condition, price difference, customization level and the timing of the request. If the requested exchange product has a higher price, the customer may need to pay the difference before the exchange is processed. If the requested exchange product has a lower price, the difference may be refunded or handled according to the payment method and applicable law.
An exchange is not completed until the original product has been received, inspected and approved by our team. Sending a product back without approval or without following the return instructions may delay or prevent the exchange.
6. Product Condition Required for Return or Exchange
Returned and exchanged products must be in new condition. For this policy, “new condition” means the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, complete and returned with all original included items.
The product must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, body marks, stains, dust, floor marks, pet hair, smoke odor, food odor, moisture damage, storage damage, event wear, outdoor wear, photography-session wear, tailoring marks, repair attempts, missing labels, missing detachable parts or missing accessories.
Bridal products often include delicate materials and detailed workmanship. Reasonable inspection is allowed, but handling beyond normal inspection may make the item ineligible for return. Examples of handling beyond normal inspection include wearing the dress for an event, long photo sessions, outdoor walking, alteration appointments, repeated try-ons by several people, washing, steaming, dry cleaning or using the product in a way that changes its original condition.
7. Return Methods: Mail and Approved Drop-Off Point
Approved returns may be sent back by mail or through an approved drop-off point when available for the customer’s location. The exact return method, carrier option, address, return label and instructions will be provided after the return request is reviewed.
Customers must not send products back before receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, returned to sender or held until the customer provides the required information. A return is considered authorized only when NISAI Bridal provides written return instructions through an official channel.
The customer should pack the bridal product carefully to protect delicate fabric, lace, beadwork, pearls, crystals, corset elements, buttons, detachable sleeves, belts, veils, trains, garment bags and any other included items. Poor packaging may cause damage during return transit and may affect refund eligibility.
8. Free Downloadable and Printable Return Label
For approved returns, NISAI Bridal provides a return label that can be downloaded and printed free of charge. The return label must be used according to the instructions provided with the return approval.
The free return label applies to the approved return shipment under this policy. The label may be limited to the return carrier, service level, destination, validity period and instructions provided by NISAI Bridal. If the customer uses a different carrier, ships to a different address, ignores the label instructions or sends the return without authorization, the shipment may not be covered by the free return label terms.
The customer should keep proof of shipment, tracking information and drop-off receipt until the return is fully processed. NISAI Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by missing tracking information, incorrect return handling, wrong address use or failure to follow the provided instructions.
9. Restocking Fee: 10% of Product Price
A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returned products. The restocking fee is calculated on the product price. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repacking, quality control, administrative processing and restocking work required for delicate bridal products.
Example: if the product price is 1,500 USD, the 10% restocking fee is 150 USD. If the return is approved and no other lawful deduction applies, the refund amount would generally be calculated after deducting the applicable 10% restocking fee from the product price.
The restocking fee may not apply where mandatory consumer law does not allow it, where NISAI Bridal decides to waive it in writing, or where a different legally required remedy applies for a confirmed defective product.
10. Refund Processing Time: Up to 30 Days
Refunds are processed within up to 30 days after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved by NISAI Bridal. The 30-day refund processing period begins after the return is received and approved, not merely when the customer sends the package.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer or international payment system, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account after NISAI Bridal completes the refund.
If the returned product does not meet the required condition, if items are missing, if the return is unauthorized, or if the product shows signs of use or alteration, NISAI Bridal may refuse the refund, offer a partial solution where lawful, or contact the customer for further information.
11. Custom, Made-to-Order and Bridal-Specific Products
NISAI Bridal products may be produced or prepared with bridal-specific details such as size, color tone, neckline, sleeve type, train length, lace pattern, modesty level, veil option, corset structure, fabric selection or customer styling preference.
Because this website policy accepts returns for defective and non-defective products, custom or made-to-order status does not automatically remove the 14-day return eligibility shown in this policy.
