1. Scope and Acceptance

1.1 Application to All Shipments

This Shipping Policy applies to every shipment connected with products and services sold by NISAI Bridal / NIL WEDDING DRESS, including wedding dresses, bridal gowns, veils, accessories, samples, repairs, replacements, approved returns, exchanges, split shipments and reshipments.

By accessing the website, browsing products, submitting information, requesting a quotation, communicating through an official channel, paying a deposit, placing an order, approving production, accepting dispatch, receiving delivery or otherwise using our services, the customer accepts this Shipping Policy to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Bridal commerce may involve delicate fabrics, handwork, lace, tulle, beadwork, pearls, crystals, embroidery, custom measurements, personal styling choices, international shipping, customs clearance and event timing. 2. Shipping Cost and Checkout Calculation

2.1 Standard Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is calculated as 15% of the order total, unless a different shipping cost, promotion, shipping method or local rule is clearly displayed at checkout. The shipping charge is shown before payment is completed.

Carrier transit days may also be Monday through Saturday depending on the destination, carrier, local delivery network and public holidays.

3.3 Business Days and Calendar Days

Unless a section expressly says “calendar days,” all handling, fulfillment, production, dispatch and transit estimates in this policy are business-day estimates. Public holidays, customs closures, carrier holidays, severe weather disruptions and non-operational days may extend delivery timelines.

4. Handling, Production, Preparation and Dispatch

4.1 Handling and Fulfillment Time

Handling and fulfillment time is generally 2–60 business days. This period covers order review, payment confirmation, measurement or customization review, material preparation, production, lace work, beadwork, sewing, pressing, quality control, packing, label creation and handover to the shipping carrier.

Many bridal products are not ordinary ready-to-ship items. A wedding dress may require delicate production steps, customer-specific preparation, fabric inspection, embellishment review, packing care and final quality control before it can be safely dispatched.

4.2 Production Separate From Transit

Production, preparation and handling time are separate from carrier transit time. Transit time begins after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier or accepted into the carrier network. Delivery estimates should be understood as the combination of handling time plus transit time.

4.3 Dispatch Dates Are Estimates

Dispatch dates are estimates unless NISAI Bridal expressly confirms a guaranteed dispatch date in official writing. Dispatch may be affected by busy season, material availability, lace supply, beadwork time, quality-control findings, unpaid balance, missing measurements, unclear customization details, customer change requests, customs documentation or carrier availability.

4.4 Customer-Caused Delay

Customer-caused delay extends preparation, handling, dispatch and delivery timelines. Examples include late measurements, inaccurate measurements, unclear approvals, unpaid balance, wrong address, missing phone number, missing customs information, failure to respond to production questions or changes requested after order confirmation.

We may pause production or dispatch until required information, approval, payment or documentation is complete. Any delay caused by missing or inaccurate customer information remains the customer’s responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Transit Time and Estimated Delivery

5.1 Standard Transit Time

Carrier transit time is generally 0–7 business days after carrier handover, depending on destination country, destination region, local carrier network, customs process, delivery address accuracy, carrier route, holidays and operational conditions.

5.2 Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is generally 2–67 business days, calculated as 2–60 business days for handling, production and fulfillment plus 0–7 business days for carrier transit after dispatch.

5.3 Estimates Are Not Event-Date Guarantees

The customer should order early enough to allow for production, shipping, customs clearance, inspection after delivery, potential steaming, local tailoring and event preparation. We are not liable for event-related losses such as venue fees, photography costs, travel changes, replacement dress purchases or ceremony timing issues caused by delivery delay, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Shipping Destinations and International Delivery

6.1 Available Destinations

NISAI Bridal ships to destinations made available at checkout and/or configured in our merchant shipping settings. Availability may vary by country, region, carrier access, customs restrictions, payment screening, product size, parcel volume, remote-area status or operational limitations.

6.2 Conditional International Delivery

International delivery is conditional on successful carrier acceptance, customs clearance, lawful import, accurate customer information and compliance with destination-country requirements. We may refuse, hold, cancel or modify shipment arrangements where a destination becomes unavailable, legally restricted, high-risk or commercially impractical.

6.3 Local Handling Not Guaranteed

We may choose reliable international carriers and provide shipment documentation, but we do not control every local delivery procedure after the parcel enters the destination network. Local delivery attempts, depot storage, parcel lockers, customs inspection, local courier decisions and final-mile route choices may depend on the carrier and destination country.

7. Carrier Selection and Logistics Control

7.1 Carrier Choice

NISAI Bridal may choose the carrier, service level, route, pickup schedule, packaging method and documentation method. Carriers may include international courier companies, postal networks, freight providers, local couriers or alternative logistics partners depending on the destination and parcel requirements.

We may change carriers without prior notice when needed for reliability, cost, availability, service disruption, customs compatibility, parcel size, destination restrictions or compliance requirements.

7.2 Independent Carrier Conduct

Carriers are independent logistics providers and are not employees of NISAI Bridal. Driver decisions, depot delays, scan errors, route changes, attempted delivery windows, customs requests and local handling may be controlled by the carrier or local delivery network.

7.3 Carrier Terms Apply

Customers must follow carrier rules and delivery procedures, including signature requests, identification requirements, pickup point instructions, customs payment instructions, address correction procedures, delivery rescheduling and parcel collection deadlines.

8. Address Accuracy and Customer Availability

8.1 Complete Address Required

The customer must provide a complete, current and accurate delivery address before dispatch. This includes recipient name, street, building number, apartment number, district, city, region, postal code, country, phone number, email address and any relevant delivery note.

We may delay shipment or refuse responsibility for wrong-address delivery where the customer provided incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information.

8.2 Reachable Contact Required

The customer must provide a working phone number with country code and an active email address. Some destinations or carriers may require a tax ID, national ID, customs broker contact, local phone number or additional import information before delivery.

If the carrier, customs authority or NISAI Bridal cannot reach the customer, delivery may be delayed, returned, held, stored or cancelled. Any related cost may be the customer’s responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.3 Delivery Acceptance Duty

The customer must accept delivery or collect the parcel when instructed. Missed delivery attempts, ignored carrier calls, uncollected depot parcels, refusal of delivery or failure to schedule delivery may result in storage fees, redelivery fees, return-to-sender charges, reshipment charges or cancellation consequences.

9. Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Compliance

9.1 Buyer Pays Import Charges Unless Clearly Included

Unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, local handling fees, customs storage charges, government charges and other import-related costs.

9.2 Customer Knows Local Rules

10. Delivery Evidence, Risk and Tracking Records

10.1 Tracking Records

Tracking records are evidence of shipping and delivery events. Tracking may show acceptance scan, export handover, customs event, local depot arrival, attempted delivery, delivered scan, delivery exception, refused delivery or return-to-sender update.

10.2 Delivery to Supplied Address

Delivery to the address supplied by the customer may satisfy the delivery obligation where lawful. Delivery may be made to the named recipient, a family member, reception desk, concierge, workplace mailroom, parcel locker, neighbor, building staff or another person accepted by the carrier at the delivery location.

10.3 Post-Delivery Loss

Post-delivery theft, internal building loss, mailroom loss, parcel locker access problems or loss after confirmed delivery may not be NISAI Bridal’s responsibility where lawful. We may ask the customer to contact the carrier, building management, local authority or local delivery network.

11. Packaging, Compression and Inspection

11.1 Protective Packaging

Bridal products may be packed using garment bags, boxes, inner wrapping, tissue, hangers, accessory pouches, moisture protection or other commercially reasonable packaging. We choose packaging by balancing safety, cost, customs practicality, carrier restrictions and product protection.

11.2 Compression and Wrinkles

Folding, compression, wrinkles, temporary volume reduction and package marks can occur during shipment, especially with tulle, trains, voluminous skirts, veils, lace layers and structured bridal garments. Normal unpacking, careful hanging, professional steaming or settling may be needed after delivery.

Normal shipping compression or expected fabric wrinkling does not automatically mean the product is defective.

11.3 Immediate Inspection

Customers should inspect the parcel and garment immediately upon delivery. This includes checking box condition, moisture, visible damage, missing accessories, stains, tears, labels, product identity, garment bag, detachable parts and packaging.

12. Lost, Damaged, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

12.1 Carrier Investigation

Lost, damaged, delayed or stolen parcel claims may require carrier investigation. We may wait for carrier findings before deciding whether a replacement, repair, refund, shipping claim or other remedy is available.

12.2 Damage Evidence Required

Damage claims require timely evidence. The customer should provide photos or videos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, garment bag, product, damaged area and all included items. Late claims or claims without evidence may be difficult to verify.

13. Refused, Undeliverable and Returned Shipments

13.1 Refused Delivery

If the customer refuses delivery without written approval from NISAI Bridal, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees, return-to-sender costs, customs charges, storage charges, handling costs, reshipment costs and any lawful deductions.

13.2 Undeliverable Parcels

A parcel may become undeliverable because of an incorrect address, missing phone number, customs non-cooperation, unavailable recipient, restricted location, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import charges or local carrier limitations.

13.3 Return-to-Sender

If a parcel is returned to sender, NISAI Bridal will review the reason. If the return was caused by customer action or inaction, reshipment or refund may require deduction of shipping, return, storage, customs, handling and administrative costs where lawful.

14. Returns, Exchanges and Return Shipping Alignment

Unauthorized returns, receiver-pay shipments, cash-on-delivery shipments, returns sent to the wrong address, returns sent without tracking or returns sent with a different carrier without approval may be refused, delayed or excluded from the free approved-return-label process.

15. Split Shipments, Replacements and Reshipments

15.1 Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products, accessories, veils, detachable parts, samples, replacements or custom items may be shipped separately when needed for production, inventory, carrier, customs or operational reasons.

15.2 Replacement Shipments

Replacement shipments may be offered after review where a product, parcel or carrier issue is confirmed. Replacement timing depends on product availability, production capacity, destination rules, carrier service and applicable law.
