Please note that frakt time is separate från produktionstid.

- frakt time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated time: Approximately 7–9 weeks från order to delivery
⚠️ We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 weeks before your wedding date to allow time för any unexpected delays och local alterations.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your klänning is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via WhatsApp och email. You can track your shipment i real time directly on the courier’s website.
Packaging
Your klänning is carefully steamed, wrapped i acid-free tissue paper, och packed i a premium garment box designed för safe international transport. We take every precaution to ensure your klänning arrives i perfect condition.
Import Duties & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, och local taxes upon arrival i your country. These charges are not ingår i our product prices or frakt fees och are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order. We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or undervalue packages on customs declarations.
Rush Orders & Urgent Delivery
If your wedding date is approaching och you need your klänning urgently, please kontakt us via WhatsApp before placing your order. We will assess our current produktion schedule och advise on whether a rush order is possible. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
